If professional installation is waived or self-performed, the warranty is null and void.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. FloDo is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to flooring, framing, wiring, personal property, or loss of use, regardless of the cause. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty replaces all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Exclusive remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, FloDo will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the defective part, or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit. This is the exclusive remedy available under this warranty.
